This policy sets out your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts
Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, plus our process for handling
returns and refunds.
Your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without
giving any reason, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Some
exclusions apply (for example, made-to-order or hygiene-sealed items).
How to start a return

with your TK- order reference and the items you wish to return.
Return the goods
Items must be returned in their original condition. We may arrange collection
for large items; collection charges may apply.
Refund timing
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within statutory
timelines once the items are received and inspected.
Faulty or damaged items
Contact us promptly with photos and a description so we can arrange repair,
replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
