(turnkeysolution.co.uk) and the purchase of furniture and services from us. By
using our website or placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

"We", "us" and "our" refer to Turnkey Solution. "You" refers to the user of the
website or the customer placing an order. "Products" means the furniture and
related goods we sell. "Services" means delivery, assembly, set-up, measuring
and any other services we provide.
2. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order
Orders are placed through our website checkout. Submitting an order constitutes
an offer to purchase, which we accept when we send order confirmation by email.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend or cancel an order. Changes
may not be possible once delivery has been scheduled.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
We accept payment via Stripe Checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order.
4. Delivery
Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Lead times are estimates and may vary based on stock and route.
5. Returns, refunds and consumer rights
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the
Consumer Rights Act 2015 are set out in our
Refund and Returns Policy.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused
by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes are
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
